Yoga For Grief
This 45 minute, gentle flowing asana class meets every other week from Wednesday, March 6th - Wednesday, April 24th.
Seasonal transitions can feel uncomfortable when living with grief. In this series we’ll explore intentional yoga practices such as focused breathing, movement, and guided meditation techniques to show up as you are, tend to the physical sensations of grief within the body, honor seasonal shifts, and cultivate inner resilience.
We begin our practice together by creating an environment where participants have the opportunity to introduce themselves and share any intentions or emotions they wish to explore during the practice. This fosters a sense of being seen and heard, and builds community and connection with each other.
We then transition through a sequence of movements in connection to our breath to bring awareness to the physical body and release held tension. We honor what arises and then meditate or experience savasana, a restful pose.
Participants have the option to join the Live Art membership to enjoy a 20 minute Yoga Nidra after each session.
Virtual Meditation
Step into a haven of serenity with our devoted meditation community. Within our circle, silence becomes a powerful teacher, guiding you to inner calm. More than a group, we are a sacred family, welcoming everyone to share in the beauty of mindfulness. Each day, we gather to cultivate peace, connecting with like-minded souls and setting the tone for a harmonious journey ahead.
Gentle Yoga
Join us for a gentle mat class that is a full body practice for functional movement and stress management on Tuesdays at 6:00pm.
We will begin with a slow warm up, focusing on and connecting with our breathing, then gradually moving into a variety of postures that may be supported by props, such as yoga blocks and straps.
You have the room to choose what versions of the pose are best suited for you during the practice. To complete our practice together, we settle in with a guided savasana/reclining rest. The class is suitable for all levels of experience.
We alternate English spoken classes with Spanish & English bilingual classes.

Collective Care Retreat
This half day retreat is designed to provide rest and reconnection for activists, social change agents, and those creating a positive impact in our world. Participants will engage in an intention setting ceremony, receive healing practices for physical, mental, and spiritual nourishment, and practice mindful movements to remind the body of its innate wisdom. Self reflection through journaling will allow participants to connect more deeply with their inner selves, and to gain insights that can be applied to their everyday lives. A deeply restful sound journey will be offered to support participants in experiencing a sense of inner calm and peace. By investing in this time for self-care, nature, and restoration, activists and social change agents can continue to do their important work from a place of groundedness and inner strength.
Dream Club
Dream Club was created by Grace and Ali as a way to bring our mutual reverence for dreams into community dialogue. Bring a dream that you'd like to share with everyone, though you're not obligated to, and we will listen and engage with your dream as a group. We will undoubtedly have larger conversation about dreams and dreaming in general too. If you like dreams or want to have more of a dream practice, come join dream club!
